Frank is a multi-faceted, innovative professional with a proven track record in driving results through improved processes, coaching and change transformation throughout his career.  He is an experienced, results oriented leader with an extensive portfolio of accomplishments, persuasive communication skills and expertise in the development and execution of strategies.  He has extensive experience in health and welfare plan design, benefits strategies, retirement plans, payroll processing, accounting services and related compliance.  

For over seven years, he served as the Vice President of Benefits/HRIS/Payroll for FirstGroup America, Inc. where he directed the strategy and administration for U.S. benefit programs and payroll processing for an employee base of 65,000 in over 900 locations.  He had responsibility for the application of a broad scope of benefit plans to drive employee engagement, improve employee health, control costs and enhance the employment value proposition.

He served in various positions with Macy’s, Inc. for over 19 years where he provided strategic leadership and oversight for the financial analysis and planning for Human Resources and benefits, payroll processing for an average employee base of 210,000, document imaging, record retention and financial responsibility for establishing and reporting for a credit card bank.
